Your tasks

  • Booking of incoming invoices
  • Examination of the formal accuracy of supplier invoices with regard to value added tax
  • Creation of the payment runs and execution of the electronic payment transactions
  • Daily booking of bank statements
  • Processing of dunning letters
  • Support with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting as well as with the monthly reconciliation of the Intercompany balances
  • Account maintenance

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial or tax training or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3-years’ professional experience in the afore-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Sound MS-Office skills (in particular Excel)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics Navision will be beneficial
  • Good knowledge of English in the written and oral language
  • Team skills and willingness to work

The company operates approximately 90,000 sqm of data center space, 60,000 sqm space alone are located at e-shelter’s main site in Frankfurt, Germany, making it Europe’s largest single data center site.
