Your tasks

  • Calculation of new building projects
  • Creation of invitations to tender, price comparison lists and proposals for awarding of contracts
  • Tracking of costs with monthly determination of results and forecast
  • Creation of the monthly cash flow calculation and the monthly report for banks and investors
  • Contract and subcontractor management according to VOB (contracting rules for the awarding of public works)
  • Verification and account assignment of invoices conform with the contracts
  • Time scheduling and tracking of deadlines

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • Industry experience (building and finishing work trade)
  • Several years of work in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as user knowledge in California/Navision are desirable
  • Willingness to work, assertiveness and team spirit
  • Independent, committed and responsible method of working
