Your tasks

  • Providing support to Sales and Customer Management in enquiries, tenders, acquisition talks, quotation qualification, contract preparation and on-site appointments
  • Instructing and supporting user representatives in security processes and supporting aids
  • Coordination and implementation of customer audits and certifications, including controlling the resulting action requirements
  • Complaint management
  • Customer-based reporting
  • Coordination of customer enquiries within security management and operational security

Your profile

  • Technical training qualification or degree, ideally in the field of security management or security technology
  • Professional experience in the above-mentioned fields
  • Experience in the field of physical security
  • Process understanding
  • Very good knowledge of the common Office applications
  • Written and spoken English business competence
  • Structured, detailed and independent working method
  • Ability to communicate at all organisational levels
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility

Since 2000 e-shelter designs, builds and operates high-availability data centers, whose infrastructure guarantees the highest standards of physical security and operational reliability. e-shelter operates approximately 90,000 sqm of data center space, on eight sites. 60,000 sqm space alone are located at e-shelter’s main site in Frankfurt, Germany, making it Europe’s largest single data center site. Additional sites are located in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich as well as in Zurich, and Vienna. Among e-shelter’s clients are financial services companies, telecoms operators and IT service providers as well as cloud service providers. As a part of NTT Communications Corporation e-shelter provides access to a network of 140 data centers around the world.
