Rupprecht Rittweger founded e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., in 2000 and as the Chief Executive Officer he was responsible for corporate management until July 2019. Rupprecht Rittweger remains in the company as Chairman. As the CEO of Investa Holding GmbH, he has many years of experience in the real estate industry.

Florian Winkler has over 20 years’ experience in the business development of ICT solutions for major clients as well as in the establishment and further development of all client-oriented organizational structures. Florian Winkler joined e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., in 2012 and worked in various positions to develop sales, client and project-oriented processes with a view to further expansion, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director. In August 2019, he took over from Rupprecht Rittweger as Chief Executive Officer and is now responsible for the further expansion of NTT’s data center business in EMEA. In addition to his degree in Economics he also holds an MBA from the University of Dayton (USA).

Ingmar Dilßner has comprehensive experience in the data center sector as a consultant for large banks. Since 2008, he has been responsible for the financing, equity raising and development activities at e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd. In 2015, he also assumed responsibility for investment and M&A activities. In 2017 he became Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the entire finance division in EMEA.

Nastasi Karaiskos has over 20 years’ experience working with data centers, security and networking. He joined the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd. in January 2021 and is responsible for all sales, including hyperscale, enterprise and channel, and marketing activities in EMEA. Nastasi previously held senior leadership positions at international telecommunications providers where he was responsible for global teams focused on direct and indirect sales. He attended executive education programs at London Business School and Ashridge Business School (UK).
Steven Campbell-Ferguson has over 25 years of experience in engineering, design and project management in industrial and hi-tech buildings with the last 15 focused solely on data centers. He joined e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., in April 2020, and as Senior Vice President Design & Engineering, he is responsible for all aspects of planning and design, including the coordination of the development process for expansion (especially site selection) across EMEA. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
Peter Judson has over 20 years’ experience in leading large operational teams and a proven track record in managing large scale data centers and critical services across EMEA. Since joining e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., as Senior Vice President Technical Operations in 2019, he has taken over the responsibility for leading the EMEA-wide operational team to deliver service excellence, and to drive consistency, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Fumitake Matsuoka has 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. He brings with him a variety of experience from NTT such as cross-border M&A strategy building and its execution and business development in the UK & Japan. He joined the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd. in October 2020 as VP Corporate Planning for EMEA, where he is responsible for enhancing the business as a part of the NTT group. He holds a master’s degree in Quantum Chemistry from the University of Osaka (Japan).

Anne de Condé is a lawyer with 20 years of experience practicing in a major law firm in both Paris and Frankfurt as well as having been a trusted advisor and business partner in her roles as leading in-house counsel at global players in the solar, data center and automotive industry. She joined e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., in April 2020, and as Senior Vice President Legal & Governance, she is responsible for all legal and governance matters across EMEA. Anne holds a master’s degree from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a qualified lawyer in both France and Germany.

Konstantin Hartmann has extensive experience in building client-oriented processes and structures in markets with diverse client segments and requirements. He joined e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., in 2017 and established the pre-sales division to support sales activities. In August 2019, he assumed the role of Senior Director Commercial Management and is responsible for NTT's data center pre-sales and customer management activities in EMEA. Konstantin holds a master's degree in Management from the International School of Management in Frankfurt.

Martin Müller has over 20 years’ experience as a proven and trusted HR Lead in several leading international people/HR organizations. In 2016, he joined e-shelter, now part of the Global Data Centers division of NTT Ltd., as Director Human Resources and from then on has developed the people department into a service and project-oriented business partner organization and set the stage for our ongoing international expansion. In 2019, Martin took over the role as Senior Director Human Resources in EMEA and proactively advises the Executive Management Team and the organization on the growth and expansion of the business strategy from a Human Resources perspective. Martin studied at the University of Konstanz and University of Barcelona and holds a degree in Public & Business Administration.
