Your Responsibilities

  • ​Planning and execution of Marketing and Communication programs in the UK
  • Development of integrated campaigns across Marketing and Sales channels
  • Implementation of site launch programs
  • Development and execution of Digital Marketing programs in cooperation with Digital Marketing team
  • Responsibility for program budget
  • Lead generation to grow business in region
  • Tracking of all Marketing related KPIs
  • Strong collaboration and joint activities with NTT Ltd. to leverage power of the group
  • Retention of high level of client satisfaction

Your Profile

  • ​Completed higher education (university, university of applied sciences) in the field of Engineering, Marketing Management, Technical Business Administration, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience relevant to the post (B2B Marketing Management in an international technology or service company)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS O ffice and English native speaker
  • High degree of personal initiative and independence
  • Service mentality and entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
  • Pronounced ability to work in a team, good communication and organizational skills and strong presentation of possible solutions
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for job function
  • Strategic thinking/structured and target oriented approach
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, collaboration
  • Passion for people/for driving change and leading by example
  • Outstanding relationship-builder and communicator, both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing multinational environment and in interdisciplinary teams
  • Passion for start-up and ramp up environments and hands on mentality in operational issues​
